Own end-to-end production operations for live Claims and Automation solutions, ensuring service stability, SLA/OLA adherence, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end production operations accountability across all live Claims and Automation solutions, ensuring service stability, SLA/OLA adherence, availability targets, and operational health.
•Own the resource model for the wider RUN team, planning and managing capacity across internal staff and external partners for BAU, incident response, peaks, and maintenance windows.
•Lead incident response and resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and problem management to reduce repeat incidents; maintain escalation paths and on-call structures.
•Define, monitor, and report SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs for production services, driving corrective actions when targets are at risk.
•Champion Agentic AI and intelligent automation to improve production resilience, including self-healing mechanisms, automated monitoring/alerting, intelligent incident triage, and predictive maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in production/RUN operations management, service management, or IT operations leadership.
•Strong experience managing cross-functional teams (internal and external) in a 24/7 or business-critical production environment.
•Deep expertise in ITIL service management frameworks (incident, problem, change, and service level management).
•Demonstrated experience in RUN resource planning, capacity management, and workforce scheduling across multiple products or platforms.
•Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making using KPI dashboards and operational reporting.
