Job Summary

Ensure packaged application technologies (e.g., ERP and middleware) stay operational by proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents, service requests, and alerts. Provide L2 second-line support with medium complexity while updating tickets and logging incidents without breaching SLAs. Collaborate with clients and other teams, execute and document change management activities, perform troubleshooting and escalation, and support maintenance and disaster recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, investigate, and resolve application-based incidents, service requests, and alerts to keep client operations running smoothly.
•Provide second-line L2 support by resolving issues and requests without breaching SLAs.
•Update tickets with resolution tasks and promptly log incidents.
•Execute and document changes as part of change management, ensuring approvals are followed.
•Coordinate with automation teams, coach Service desk/L1 teams, handle initial client escalations, and support maintenance, project work, and disaster recovery functions.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience managing platforms, including ERP, middleware, and other business-critical software.
•Moderate experience in managed services, including knowledge of using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, execute change management duties, and lead troubleshooting processes effectively.
•Ability to plan activities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
•A bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
