Job Summary

Lead Airwallex’s Finance Shared Service operations by partnering with the Group Accounting team to optimize regional account handovers and review monthly closing data for group consolidation. Drive process improvements and resource allocation for maximum efficiency, and develop standardized Accounting SSC SOPs. Manage accounting workflows using Oracle Fusion (Fixed Assets, Procurement, Intercompany, General Accounting) while analyzing financial data with BI and office tools and communicating clearly with global stakeholders in English.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Group Accounting SSC in establishing and optimizing operations, including regional account handover and submission/review of monthly closing data for group consolidation.
•Use Oracle Fusion for accounting processes, including modules such as Fixed Assets, Procurement, Intercompany Accounting, and General Accounting.
•Process, integrate, analyze, and review financial data using Office and Google applications plus BI and other systems.
•Allocate team resources effectively, streamline and continuously improve SSC processes, and drive efficiency within time frames.
•Compile standardized Accounting SSC SOPs based on daily work and other team members’ situations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance-related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 5 years of cross-border financial experience and experience leading a team.
•Excellent communication skills with strong logical analysis abilities and data sensitivity, including proficiency in summarizing and reviewing work.
•Proficient in Office and Google applications, using English as the primary working language.
•Demonstrated critical thinking, intrinsic motivation, teamwork, and a drive for self-improvement.
