Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, physical sciences, statistics, or engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in product management, commercialization, or strategic consulting within diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology.
  • •Experience delivering products as laboratory services is strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven process improvements using operational data and VOC to eliminate failure modes across the sample lifecycle.
  • •Hands-on experience with quality systems (CAPA, nonconformance, change control) in a CLIA/CAP lab environment preferred.
