Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end test activities across the POD, covering BDD, API, UI (web and mobile), performance, security, exploratory, and accessibility testing aligned to the global test strategy.
  • •Own testing delivery within the POD by identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies and touchpoints across PODs and Quality Engineering teams.
  • •Build, maintain, and continuously improve automated test coverage to support well-structured, maintainable, fully tested systems delivered on time and within budget.
  • •Represent Quality Engineering in Scrum ceremonies and key project forums as the single point of accountability and escalation for testing.
  • •Provide evidence-based recommendations on release readiness and advise on product quality and go-live decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building and enhancing automation frameworks, including design, implementation, and maintainability.
  • •Strong quality engineering and test management skills with an understanding of the Retail Banking domain.
  • •Hands-on experience with Core Java and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
  • •Strong API testing using REST principles and tools like REST Assured and/or Karate.
  • •UI automation experience for web and mobile using Selenium WebDriver and Appium, plus BDD tooling (Cucumber/Gherkin) and test frameworks (JUnit and/or TestNG).
