Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Core Banking software products across the delivery and run lifecycle.
  • •Perform software development, testing, and operational support, adapting across legacy and emerging technology stacks.
  • •Identify and address operational issues (e.g., performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defects) across product/service releases and changes.
  • •Collaborate with architects, agile coaches, and stakeholders to understand and drive Core Banking product strategy.
  • •Keep current with tools and technologies, including cyber security and regulations related to data privacy and consent/data residency.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience engineering and delivering software products.
  • •Hands-on experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQL, CLLE CL OS/400, and DB2/400.
  • •Knowledge of API and microservices, including designing and developing responsive UI components.
  • •Understanding of design concepts and design patterns, plus familiarity with security practices for development.
  • •Good troubleshooting skills and strong verbal/written communication to work with global teams.
