  • •Ensure efficient production and high standards while optimizing safety, quality, production, and cost objectives through employee involvement and problem-solving.
  • •Train and monitor personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed and audits are completed on time.
  • •Communicate production schedules and schedule changes to appropriate departments and coordinate key initiatives to improve distillery operations.
  • •Review production paperwork for accuracy and ensure production databases are properly maintained and used for continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor part and supplies inventories, place necessary orders, manage assigned budget accounts, and support material/packaging quality issues.
