Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.
  • •Set spares strategy per site, including levels, locations, and replenishment triggers balancing availability vs. capital.
  • •Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions.
  • •Coordinate fleet moves between sites, including packaging standards and chain of custody.

  • •Managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.
