•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment
•Own key areas of the monthly, quarterly and annual close and ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting
•Manage preparation of financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly account analyses
•Provide clear, concise explanations of accounting variances to management and stakeholders
•Serve as a main contact for year-end/quarterly audits and SOX requests

Salary: USD 162,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big Four preferred) and industry experience

•Proven experience leading and developing teams with ability to influence beyond direct reporting lines
•Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
