Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and maintain global compensation models for salary band creation, market pricing, geographic differentials, and merit/promotion budgets.
  • •Leverage enterprise AI platforms to conduct exploratory analysis on workforce datasets and automate repetitive data transformation workflows.
  • •Partner on global equity design and modeling, including refresh plans, grant guidelines, vesting schedules, and budget allocations.
  • •Collaborate with Systems Engineering to co-design, test, and execute Workday Compensation workflows, eligibility rules, and global merit cycle rollouts.
  • •Design, build, and audit Workday custom reports and calculated fields to deliver real-time total rewards insights using BigQuery.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, equity strategy, or People Analytics as a senior/principal individual contributor.
  • •Design and model global compensation and equity programs in partnership with Finance in a fast-paced/scaling technology environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • •Strong familiarity with Carta for cap table analytics, grant administration alignment, and LTI modeling.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (including VBA/macros and complex formulas) plus BI and BigQuery for data modeling.
