Lead cross-functional collaboration, enhance supplier relationships, and represent the portfolio with senior management and industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Laboratory Safety, Industrial, and Office Supplies strategy to drive market share and portfolio growth.
•Establish, track, and report financial and operational metrics for the portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
•Develop strategic marketing programs using forward views of trends and emerging technologies, plus end-customer segment developments.
•Manage the product life cycle, including supplier onboarding, product additions and enrichment, sales training and support, price maintenance, and product life cycle management.
•Develop and enhance strategic supplier relationships and drive profitability across product groups, including supplier consolidation and presenting portfolio insights to senior management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 173,075 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in business or equivalent experience preferred.
•Minimum of three years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, sales, or related fields.
•Experience using financial/analytical skills to assess sales, profits, inventory investment, payment terms, returns, and EBITDA.
•Ability to evaluate product technology and innovation for laboratory and production customers and negotiate with suppliers.
•Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, suppliers, internal customers, and external customers.
