Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver multi-channel communications activities and campaigns, reporting on performance against agreed targets.
  • •Work with internal stakeholders, the External Relations division, and external partners to build knowledge, relationships, and unified approaches to increase impact.
  • •Log activity in planning tools, and contribute to news gathering and assignment discussions.
  • •Develop and edit high-quality content across channels (e.g., social media, press releases, publications) and adapt it for different audiences.
  • •Use CRM systems for targeted communications, manage allocated web content, support social media strategy, and contribute to events and internal communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level education (or equivalent) in communications or a closely related field, or significant practical relevant experience in a similar role.
  • •Previous experience in a communications/press/PR role, including working with the media and within a large complex organisation (desirable).
  • •Proven ability to deliver multi-channel communications plans and events with a creative approach.
  • •Excellent writing and communication skills to translate complex information for diverse audiences while ensuring accessibility.
  • •Digital literacy with confidence using CRM systems, CMS, social media platforms and reporting systems.
