Drive integrated financial planning and performance management for Pernod Ricard Africa by translating regional strategy into budgets, forecasts, and decision-ready insights. Own rolling forecasts and variance analysis for the Africa leadership, consolidate multi-market results into a unified view, and support investment governance. Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and country finance teams, while strengthening BP&A processes and championing tools and dashboards to improve accuracy and speed of reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end strategic planning and annual budgeting for Africa, including multi-year plans, budgets, and Risks & Opportunities, aligned to Group/AME guidance.
•Lead rolling forecasting (e.g., 18+ month outlooks), consolidating inputs from local finance teams and delivering executive-ready P&L analysis and commentary.
•Oversee regional financial consolidation and reporting, validating country submissions and ensuring accurate monthly/quarterly management reporting and Group system submissions.
•Act as senior finance business partner to leadership teams across commercial, brand marketing, supply chain/operations, and countries, providing scenario modeling and decision support focused on value creation.
•Champion BP&A governance and process improvement, standardize templates/tools, and support country teams with training on BP&A systems and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required).
•5–8 years of relevant FP&A, management reporting, or related finance experience.
•Proven delivery of end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with strong insight generation for senior stakeholders.
•Experience coordinating regional/multinational budgeting and forecast cycles is preferred.
•Advanced analytical capability to derive insights and present analysis to cross-functional teams.
