Build customer-first relationships and help shoppers find the right used vehicle at CarMax. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications while maintaining accurate documentation and clear, honest communication. You’ll collaborate with store teammates to meet goals, stay informed on CarMax products and promotions, and follow EH&S requirements to keep your workspace clean and orderly.
