Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the SVP to define and evolve the global instructor development strategy, frameworks, coaching philosophies, and best practices across markets.
  • •Own global instructor casting architecture, including objective criteria for sourcing, auditions, evaluation, selection, and long-term talent pipelines.
  • •Lead and mentor the New York-based Talent Producer team, setting standards and transitioning focus toward talent development coaching.
  • •Partner with regional instructor development teams and Instructor Operations to ensure consistent casting execution, onboarding, coaching methodologies, and Talent Producer best practices across regions.
  • •Champion DEIA and equitable audition standards; manage and evolve coaching frameworks and development resources (e.g., media trainers, executive coaches, external partners).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, casting, or performance coaching, scaling global talent initiatives with production partnership.
  • •Demonstrated success leading high-performing creative or talent development teams.
  • •Significant experience in instructor or on-camera talent development, casting, and coaching.
  • •Strong understanding of brand development, performance coaching, and talent strategy.
