Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product application knowledge and develop/execute tactical and strategic plans to support the product line’s goals.
  • •Drive global product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, product development, lifecycle management, pricing, and customer value propositions.
  • •Generate customer and technical presentations and perform ad hoc data mining/analysis to support business decisions and investments.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and regional product teams to optimize customer service and market penetration.
  • •Manage day-to-day customer and tactical activity (e.g., order expedites, plant load planning, warranty administration) and support training and marketing collateral development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering focused on electrical components and/or systems.
  • •Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization and influence resources not directly reporting.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop, launch, and market product solutions.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA; 2 years’ experience with circuit protection and power distribution/electrical equipment.
  • •Preferred: Masters in Business Administration from an accredited institution.
