Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Pipeline Integrity Project Management team of employees and contractors to deliver assigned projects across the United States.
  • •Manage project managers and direct the execution of expense and sustaining projects within cost and schedule constraints.
  • •Develop and improve personnel, processes, standards, and procedures; guide subordinate managers’ growth and career development.
  • •Ensure safety culture is maintained across projects, contractors, and project teams while aligning projects to pipeline integrity objectives.
  • •Oversee forecasting, participate in annual project selection and budgeting, and review/approve estimates generated by the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science in Engineering strongly preferred.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in project management and/or engineering in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple professional and administrative personnel.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
