Job Summary

Own and scale the affiliate and KOL programs to drive measurable awareness, qualified acquisition, trading activity, retention, and ROI across Ondo’s crypto ecosystem. Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and manage high-potential partners across platforms and regions, then design and execute campaign strategies for product launches, new markets, and incentives. Improve referral journeys with tracking and attribution, and build scalable reporting and governance in partnership with Product, Growth, Content, Design, and Legal/Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global affiliate and KOL program strategy with goals across awareness, qualified acquisition, trading activity, retention, and ROI.
•Identify, evaluate, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliates, creators, traders, educators, and community leaders across priority platforms, audiences, and regions.
•Develop partner and campaign strategies aligned to Ondo’s narrative and product initiatives, reflecting different audiences, use cases, product mechanics, and regulatory considerations.
•Negotiate compensation, referral structures, deliverables, exclusivity, and performance incentives while managing the partner lifecycle from outreach through activation, review, and renewal.
•Design and execute campaigns and partner initiatives for product launches, new markets, trading competitions, incentives, and partnerships, partnering with Content and Design and optimizing via tracking/attribution data.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience building or managing affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador, or KOL programs for a crypto exchange, trading platform, brokerage, DeFi protocol, fintech company, or comparable digital product.
•Strong knowledge of the crypto creator and trading ecosystem, including how audiences discover, evaluate, and engage with financial products.
•Good understanding of tokenized stocks and perpetual futures, including leverage, liquidity, market structure, trading risks, and investor/trader needs.
•Demonstrated ability to source, recruit, negotiate with, activate, and retain valuable affiliates or KOLs across multiple channels or regions.
•Track record delivering measurable acquisition, funded-account, trading, revenue, or retention outcomes via partner-led campaigns.
