Job Summary

Drive growth for Ondo’s onchain ecosystem by partnering with GTM and Marketing teams to expand across new partners, chains, and regions. Own partner campaign strategy, creative direction, and post-campaign analysis to improve user acquisition, retention, and ROI. Use onchain and performance data to evaluate partner success, manage placement and messaging for maximum discoverability, and monitor RWA/DeFi trends to identify new partnership and storytelling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Ondo asset adoption growth across new partners, chains, and regions to identify effective expansion opportunities.
•Design and execute joint partner campaigns, owning strategy, creative direction, and post-campaign analysis to ensure measurable results.
•Evaluate partner performance using onchain and campaign data to refine strategy and optimize ROI.
•Collaborate with partners to maximize Ondo’s visibility across platforms via placements, creative assets, and copy that reinforce brand.
•Monitor emerging RWA and DeFi trends to identify partnership opportunities, market entry options, and aligned storytelling.

•Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., Reg S boundaries, geo-fencing, and partner eligibility).
•Highly organized with strong project management abilities to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
