Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security and automation systems as Vivint’s face in customer homes. Evaluate customer needs, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site, and educate homeowners on using their new systems. You’ll combine technical excellence with consultative, sales-oriented customer interactions while working a 4-day (4/10) schedule and receiving paid virtual and on-the-job training, coaching, and support.
