Administer the Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Exam as a Registered Nurse, proctoring computerized tests and objectively observing and scoring candidates’ clinical skills. Prepare and secure test events, verify identification, manage the testing environment, and resolve candidate issues. Provide onsite leadership and coordinate rosters and appointment schedules across locations within a defined radius, delivering a high-quality candidate experience for Prometric clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Proctor a computerized, knowledge-based examination and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
•Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are correctly set up and cleaned up.
•Verify identification, monitor candidates during written/practical exams, and manage the testing environment to ensure candidate flow.
•Protect exam content with computer-based testing and handle occurrences outside company guidelines by reporting to the appropriate supervisor.
•Reboot workstations and reset passwords as necessary, and maintain strong relationships with testing sites and candidates while coordinating rosters and schedules.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
•One (1) year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill of any age.
•BA/BS degree preferred.
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
•Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to test events.
