Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor a computerized, knowledge-based examination and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
  • •Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are correctly set up and cleaned up.
  • •Verify identification, monitor candidates during written/practical exams, and manage the testing environment to ensure candidate flow.
  • •Protect exam content with computer-based testing and handle occurrences outside company guidelines by reporting to the appropriate supervisor.
  • •Reboot workstations and reset passwords as necessary, and maintain strong relationships with testing sites and candidates while coordinating rosters and schedules.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
  • •One (1) year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • •BA/BS degree preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
  • •Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to test events.
