Embedded, customer-facing software engineer role delivering end-to-end solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities

•Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
•Engage with customer executives and teams to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable technical strategies, and integrate solutions seamlessly.
•Become a power user of Reform’s platform and leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and deploy solutions—including integrations and new features—to address customer needs.
•Work with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer and field insights drive product strategy.
•Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually
