Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
  • •Engage with customer executives and teams to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable technical strategies, and integrate solutions seamlessly.
  • •Become a power user of Reform’s platform and leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and deploy solutions—including integrations and new features—to address customer needs.
  • •Work with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer and field insights drive product strategy.
  • •Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability.
