Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs across building services systems and plant.
  • •Support safe operation and basic maintenance of swimming pool water systems, including monitoring water quality.
  • •Respond promptly to faults and breakdowns, diagnosing issues and minimising disruption to operations.
  • •Assist with coordinating and overseeing specialist subcontractors to ensure compliance with site and safety standards.
  • •Maintain accurate records using computer-aided maintenance systems and compliance logs while supporting day-to-day technical operations.
