Own Intel’s creative agency ecosystem and operate the end-to-end creative workflow, connecting strategy, creative development, agency partners, production teams, business stakeholders, and technology platforms. Lead intake, prioritization, resource management, governance, asset management, and performance measurement. Drive global localization while standardizing briefs and approvals, and modernize workflows through AI-enabled content and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage day-to-day operations of Intel’s creative agency ecosystem, including agencies, localization partners, production vendors, and in-house resources.
•Manage inter-agency roles, escalation paths, decision rights, and creative approval boundaries, partnering with procurement on agency onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
•Lead end-to-end creative operations from intake and briefing through production, localization, and final delivery, driving scalable workflows and governance.
•Oversee global localization programs and ensure campaigns adapt for local markets while preserving brand identity and messaging consistency.
•Standardize creative briefs, intake processes, approvals, and performance reporting while managing SOWs, retainers, budget commitments, production estimates, and localization budgets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,850 - 205,910 annually

•Bachelor’s degree.
•6+ years’ experience in creative operations, agency management, or production management for a global enterprise organization.

•Ability to identify automation opportunities and support AI-enabled content and workflow transformations.
