Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle, log, and follow up on customers’ repair/lease/exchange orders and warranty claims while ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations.
  • •Issue repair/lease/exchange orders to approved suppliers and follow up on supplier retrofit programs.
  • •Update internal/external customers on order and warranty claim status and monitor KPIs (SPT/TAT).
  • •Coordinate supplier sessions/calls and manage action trackers to meet improvement plans and communicate performance changes to stakeholders.
  • •Provide strategic support to the Head of Repair, Warranty & Production and support repair operations through additional assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate Degree in Supply Chain/Production/Engineering or an equivalent education plus extensive relevant experience.
  • •2–5 years of experience in customer order management or supply chain in a repair or service context.
  • •Written and spoken fluency in English, including negotiation skills.
  • •Professional and practical experience with purchasing and logistics, plus SAP working knowledge.
  • •Good numeracy and PC literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, database use).
