Key Responsibilities

  • •Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical requisitions across Software Engineering or Data Science, from pipeline building through candidate qualification and handoff.
  • •Run talent research using market maps, org mapping, open-source/technical community research, and advanced boolean and x-ray search.
  • •Write and iterate personalized outreach messaging to improve response rate and candidate engagement.
  • •Operate at volume using disciplined follow-up cadences, accurate ATS hygiene, and clean data that others can trust.
  • •Turn research into intelligence (market maps, talent density views, competitive hiring insights) and partner on calibration with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Requirements
