Job Summary

Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects focused on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EHS processes such as incident/accident management, risk assessment, SDS, dangerous goods, and occupational health. Participate in ECC-to-S/4 conversions or greenfield, run unit/SIT/UAT testing, assist with EHS data migration validation, and provide post–go-live hypercare while documenting configuration and compliance changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EHS processes including incident and accident management, risk assessment, SDS/MSDS, dangerous goods management, and occupational health/industrial hygiene.
•Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations using S/4HANA EHS best practices and simplifications.
•Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, GTS, and FI/CO teams to ensure end-to-end integration and integration of EHS with logistics/manufacturing and compliance processes.
•Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for EHS scenarios, support UAT, resolve defects, and assist with EHS master data migration validation.
•Support cutover activities and hypercare after go-live, troubleshooting EHS-related issues and documenting outcomes and compliance process changes.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP EHS.
•At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
•Strong understanding of EHS and regulatory compliance processes.
•Hands-on experience with S/4HANA EHS configuration and EHS integration with logistics and manufacturing modules.
•Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GHS, REACH, OSHA) and exposure to SAP Product Compliance or Dangerous Goods (plus).
