•Build, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, reenforcing Replit’s culture of UI excellence and craft.
•Define the technical vision and strategy for building/extending user interface frameworks to ship high quality user experiences fast.
•Engage design and product engineering teams to understand, triage, and prioritize requirements.
•Set an ambitious vision for the future of AI user interfaces, and sequence the steps to make it a reality.
•Help the Design team refine designs by considering technical constraints, timelines and resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually
