Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, reenforcing Replit’s culture of UI excellence and craft.
  • •Define the technical vision and strategy for building/extending user interface frameworks to ship high quality user experiences fast.
  • •Engage design and product engineering teams to understand, triage, and prioritize requirements.
  • •Set an ambitious vision for the future of AI user interfaces, and sequence the steps to make it a reality.
  • •Help the Design team refine designs by considering technical constraints, timelines and resources.
