•Lead process safety modifications for the assigned group of pilot plants.
•Write new plant instructions and revise existing plant instructions for the assigned group of pilot plants.
•Create PI trends and process monitoring tools for the assigned group of pilot plants.
•Ability to occasionally climb ladders and handle physical tasks; wear a full-face respirator when required.
•Ensure safety, clear instructions, and effective communication with internal customers; support HS&E initiatives and continuous improvement across pilot plants.
