Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end store operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, pick and pack orders, and expense control within set standards.
  • •Supervise store operations by selecting staff, scheduling shifts, and coordinating maintenance activities as needed.
  • •Optimize use of pickers and multi-task roles to improve unit throughput and efficiency (UTR).
  • •Manage inventory and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocks through collaboration with demand planning and stock assessment.
  • •Monitor fulfillment processes and propose improvements to increase productivity and profits while ensuring service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •You have at least 5-7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant.
  • •You are energized by the unknown and eager to learn on the job.
  • •Good communication skills and hands-on with several tools.
  • •Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • •Fluent English; Arabic would be highly advantageous.
