Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the definitive Tier 3/Expert escalation point, resolving complex systemic support issues across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS for onsite and remote users.
  • •Design, implement, and govern endpoint deployment strategies using MDM platforms, establishing configuration standards and improving security for Windows and Mac endpoints.
  • •Administer employee onboarding and off-boarding lifecycle workflows as a main point of contact.
  • •Oversee reliability and performance of in-office technology including Zoom Rooms, A/V equipment, digital signage, copiers, and core networking components (switches and access points).
  • •Drive security enhancements and execute large-scale IT projects, including upgrades to physical and virtual network infrastructure and governance for core SaaS software.
