  • •Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, completeness, and reliability across the platform.
  • •Partner with business and engineering teams (Business Services and Data & Analytics) to adopt enterprise standards and best practices.
  • •Lead and develop colleagues while driving continuous improvement toward modern methods, automation, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage data engineers and coordinate activity across a globally distributed team.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or technical leadership roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with Medallion architecture and operating domain-relevant data engineering environments.
  • •Deep experience designing and delivering cloud-first data engineering solutions using Apache Spark, Databricks, Python, Git, and Azure DevOps.
