Job Summary

Lead a distributed data engineering team supporting US Health Analytics solutions, owning end-to-end medallion data architecture and scalable, cloud-first data pipelines. Ensure analytics-ready, well-governed datasets by managing structured data flows, partner integrations, monitoring, validation, and reliability across HIPAA/SOC and cybersecurity standards. Partner with Business Services and Data & Analytics teams to translate business needs into roadmaps, while coaching engineers and driving modern, automation- and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end medallion US Health Analytics data architecture and scaled structured data flows across stages.
•Design and operate scaled, multi-way data pipelines ingesting external/partner data and delivering trusted enriched outputs to stakeholders.
•Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, completeness, and reliability across the platform.
•Partner with business and engineering teams (Business Services and Data & Analytics) to adopt enterprise standards and best practices.
•Lead and develop colleagues while driving continuous improvement toward modern methods, automation, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Manage data engineers and coordinate activity across a globally distributed team.
•10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or technical leadership roles.
•Hands-on experience with Medallion architecture and operating domain-relevant data engineering environments.
•Deep experience designing and delivering cloud-first data engineering solutions using Apache Spark, Databricks, Python, Git, and Azure DevOps.
•Knowledge of US commercial healthcare data and privacy/security practices for sensitive health data, including HIPAA and data governance.
