Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a project management team to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget
  • •Oversee project cost reporting and management of costs against the planned budgets
  • •Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliant project delivery and successful outcomes
  • •Develop resource plans, schedules, and cost controls to support project requirements
  • •Foster positive relationships with clients, teammates, and vendors to secure and expand business opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • •Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry in a management or leadership role
  • •Experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar project work across different construction vertical markets
  • •Experience managing the installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects is highly preferred
  • •Experience with contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material
