  • •Serve as program director on a mega rail transportation project delivered via various delivery methods.
  • •Lead delivery of multiple connected design-build CBTC transformation projects through design, construction, and closeout.
  • •Manage client commercial interests to drive on-time and on-budget delivery and ensure consultant contract performance.
  • •Develop and maintain program management plans including program controls, document control, design management, risk management, safety management, quality control, and environmental compliance.
  • •Support and empower staff and direct reports; provide leadership and manage overall delivery team performance.
