Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the store sales plan by identifying opportunities across key departments.
  • •Lead a selling culture and maximize sales in-store and across digital channels using regular MI analysis.
  • •Drive customer service delivery by ensuring standards are met consistently, engaging customers, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain ready-to-trade standards and operational excellence, including risk/opportunity analysis and visual merchandising standards.
  • •Manage costs and profitability by minimizing losses, supporting staffing budget planning, and adjusting staffing levels to demand.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of retail/F&B sales experience.
