Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to operations.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, Customer Success) for smooth execution and post-launch transitions.
  • •Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while preventing scope creep.
  • •Provide hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, document solutions, and identify process improvements; escalate to sales/leadership when required.
