Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and expand project-specific knowledge of civil and building matters and QS topics.
  • •Administer subcontractors using company procedures and coordinate with site and technical teams for progress details.
  • •Manage client site instructions and variation orders, including preparing backup documentation and justifications.
  • •Submit payment applications and ensure monthly cost/value reconciliations, cost-to-complete reports, and profitability projections within required timelines.
  • •Coordinate tendering procedures and ensure packages are prepared correctly, including placing subcontracts on standard approved terms and templates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (or related field).
  • •Proficiency in computer-based quantification and systems such as CCS (Candy).
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and optimal use of AutoCAD for quantity takeoff.
  • •Working knowledge of Bill of Quantities and measurement principles (e.g., International 1979, NRM2, CESSMMIII, QSSM, QCS, FIDIC) and ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
