Job Summary

Build and grow client relationships by engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to deliver a consistent, digital-first experience. •Assess customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals.
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products.

•Thorough knowledge of retail products and services, with proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
