Field Service Technician I

Provide customer-facing field service by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced systems and equipment. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, you’ll complete on-site inspections of gas facilities, investigate findings, document results accurately, maintain a safe work environment, and communicate professionally with customers. After training and onboarding, you’ll work independently across an 18-county service territory on a Monday–Friday schedule, supported by company tools and PPE.
