Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
  • •Own accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
  • •Establish development objectives aligned with Urban Core and broader organisational goals.
  • •Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
  • •Drive development decisions to optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •20+ years of development experience, including at least 10 years leading major mixed-use, multi-asset developments.
  • •Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments and guiding development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.
  • •Strong background in development activities spanning feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams; GCC large-scale development exposure preferred.
