Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the engineering team for industrial fastener products, overseeing design, development, process optimization, and technical support for timely delivery.
  • •Organize daily engineering department operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • •Drive the New Product Development (NPD) process, execute product development plans, and ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to achieve business objectives via cross-functional teamwork.
  • •Continuously improve existing products by improving performance, reducing costs, introducing innovative processes/technologies, and supporting quality initiatives with Lean/Six Sigma.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation, or a related engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • •5+ years of engineering/R&D/process management experience in manufacturing, preferably in fasteners or related industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of industrial fastener product design, manufacturing processes, and relevant standards, with product development and project management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • •Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
