Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, identify and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments leveraging customer’s Cyera deployment and prepare reports highlighting observations and remediation recommendations.
  • •Assist with incident response efforts and provide escalation support as needed.
  • •Develop and improve standard operating procedures to enhance performance and enable rapid diagnosis.
  • •Leverage AI and automation to correlate data and triage complex events.
  • •Support ongoing platform integration, tuning, and configuration activities with the Customer Success team.
