Job Summary

Support clients and sales staff by performing moderate-complexity daily clerical and lending operations that keep documentation and office processing on track. Partner with Relationship Managers to review and fund loans, manage portfolio exceptions, and assist with overdrafts and withdrawals. Communicate with clients and external parties (attorneys, insurers, title companies), coordinate appraisal and compliance tasks (UCCs, OFAC), and train on loan documentation and funding tools.

•Provide lending support to Relationship Managers.
•Review and fund loans.
•Assist with maintaining Relationship Managers’ portfolios by clearing loan, collateral, deposit exceptions, credit exceptions, and past-due items.
•Authorize payment and fees for commercial client overdrafts and process commercial client withdrawals on lines of credit.
•Communicate with clients and external professionals, coordinate appraisals/flood determinations/UCCs, and train on loan documentation/funding and LaserPro.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years experience in a Client Specialist position.
•5+ years customer service experience in the banking industry.
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
•Support Relationship Managers’ client portfolios by clearing loan, collateral, deposit, and credit exceptions.
•Assist with ordering appraisals and flood determinations and familiarity with UCCs and OFAC.
