Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project planning and delivery across development and construction phases by assisting project managers.
  • •Maintain and track project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones including stage gates and hold points.
  • •Assist with cost control activities including forecasting, invoicing, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
  • •Support change management processes, including variations, claims tracking, and documentation.
  • •Prepare and maintain project reporting (progress reports, dashboards, and risk registers) and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to align on scope and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
