Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe and appropriate patient care using the nursing process and established nursing regimes for assigned patient populations.
  • •Assess patients, identify normal vs abnormal signs, and perform basic assessment skills to determine outcomes for timely care delivery.
  • •Assure quality of care by measuring outcomes against goals and standards, and making or recommending necessary adjustments.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests and immunizations, conduct phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Document direct and indirect care in the electronic medical record, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with healthcare teams through reporting, referrals, and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide nursing care under the guidance of a preceptor or designated RN and follow the QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
