Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze quality records to verify compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Carry out Quality Management System activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and corporate standards.
  • •Support document management processes, including creation, review, and updates of procedures, instructions, and records.
  • •Participate in investigations of deviations, nonconformities, customer claims, and CAPA actions.
  • •Release materials and finished product; manage physical analyses of raw materials in the internal laboratory; monitor raw materials and finished product and coordinate shipments to an external lab.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems and how to implement them (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BPM, HACCP, ISO 14000) is desirable.
  • •Experience with internal and external auditing.
  • •Intermediate Excel is desirable.
  • •Strong skills in organization, analytics, proactivity, communication, teamwork, and negotiation.
