•Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
•Follow HACCP procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company guidelines.
•Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete the Master Sanitation Schedule on time.
•Maintain accurate production logs and sanitation documentation, assist with equipment maintenance, and ensure air permit compliance for cyclone operations.

•Assist with maintenance and upkeep of processing equipment and ensure compliance with air permit requirements for cyclone operations.
•Be able to lift 50 pounds, work overtime with a flexible schedule, and successfully pass a respirator fit test.
