  • •Support review of strategic engagements with other businesses, including airline and non-airline entities.
  • •Monitor macroeconomic and competitive developments, assess implications for SIA, and recommend responses.
  • •Support strategic planning including scenario development and activities under the strategic planning cycle.
  • •Facilitate coordination and promote synergy between group portfolio airlines, including initiatives to optimize network connectivity and resources.
  • •Support business transformation initiatives, including org-wide AI adoption and redesign of work processes.
