Key Responsibilities

  • •Pursue new middle market clients with borrowing needs greater than $3 million and generally greater than $10 million in annual revenue to drive deposit, loan, and fee revenue growth.
  • •Originate and manage relationships with complex capital structures and identify and execute capital markets opportunities.
  • •Apply advanced product expertise across Treasury Management, interest rate hedging, and foreign currency exchange, and maintain thorough knowledge of banking products and services.
  • •Manage and support an assigned portfolio (up to $250 million), address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate call records and meeting documentation.
  • •Ensure compliance and risk management by coordinating with Credit Administration, monitoring credit quality standards and past due accounts, and overseeing proper loan document execution and transaction close.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of ten years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated business development skills with an established Centers of Influence (COI) network.
  • •Good communication skills with the ability to influence others and work independently.
  • •Strong computer and analytical skills; valid driver’s license and travel with some overnight stays.
