Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge Brazilian FinCrime regulations with Product/Engineering teams to enable compliant product and partnership launches.
  • •Design KYC, AML, and Anti-Fraud controls in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • •Perform pre-launch and ongoing FinCrime risk assessments for new products and features.
  • •Oversee remediation of FinCrime-related issues and manage timely mitigation of regulatory risks.
  • •Provide regulatory advisory on BCB/CMN requirements, and lead responses to regulatory audits and partner due diligence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: BRL 22,000 - 28,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of Brazilian FinCrime regulations, specifically BCB Circular 3,978/2020, and how they apply to Payment Institutions and FX markets.
  • •Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory) and the ability to communicate clearly with Engineers and Product Managers.
  • •Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable technical specifications and risk-based product decisions.
  • •Experience acting as a hands-on compliance partner across the product development cycle, from inception through completion with attention to detail.
